• Driver Information: This may include information such as the driver's full name, profile picture, license data, and status information about the vehicle (type, model, manufacturing year, registration certificate data, license plate, etc.) Other information might include proof of identity, state identification number, ID document (including driver's license, passport), proof of residency, taxation identifier number, relevant payment or banking information, and other documents that may be applicable by the law.

Information We Collect Automatically

• Location Information: We collect users' location data to enable rides, provide user support, ensure safety, detect fraud, and comply with legal requirements. We collect this information (including GPS coordinates and WiFi data) based on your A List Luxury app settings and device permission.
• Passengers: We collect your device's precise information when the app is running in the background or foreground from the time you request a luxury car until it ends.
• Drivers: We collect your device's precise information when the app is running in the background or foreground from the Driver's mode. We may also collect precise locations for a limited time after you exit Driver mode to detect and investigate any incidents.
• Transaction Information: We collect transaction information related to the services provided via A List Luxury, including the amount charged, payment transaction, time of service, route, and distance traveled.
• Cookies Policy: Cookies are small text files that web servers place on your device. Cookies are used to store and receive information on computers, phones, and other devices.
